Your Role
In your role as Sales Development Representative at Applysia, you will be part of our growing team of HR experts and developers who are revolutionizing the recruitment of tomorrow and designing fair, human-centered processes. You will take on one of the central tasks in our company: You shape our growth path!
Your Responsibilities
- Contacting potential new customers via email, Social Media and phone
- Research of contact persons and decision-makers in organizations that can benefit from digital personnel selection
- Outbound search for customers you can inspire with fairer, faster and more sustainable HR processes
- Work closely with our Product and Marketing Team in particular to deliver the best possible experience to our customers
- You lead substantive conversations and represent our idea of rethinking personnel selection in the process
- The first phase of our Sales Cycle starts with you acquiring new customers
- You structure your work by actively using our CRM-Tool (Hubspot)
Your Profile
- University degree in a relevant content area, e.g. Economic Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Resources or HR Management
- Understanding of HR, either through several years of experience as an (external) consultant or through several years of experience in an internal HR role
- You set high goals for yourself and then do everything you can to achieve them
- You are motivated to contribute to making personnel processes fairer, faster and more valid
- You have the ability to adapt to different customers and their needs and to inspire them with your enthusiasm
- You are curious and like to acquire new skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proactive social competence: You meet people where they are and recognize who reacts best to "which language" - in doing so, you are able to convince both managing directors and interns at eye level
- Even in challenging situations, you act confidently and convince with solution-oriented conversation management and high adaptability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Good written and spoken German
