Aber macht die gendergerechte Sprache in der Personalauswahl nur unn\u00f6tige Umst\u00e4nde oder gibt es erhebliche Konsequenzen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gaucher, Friesen und Kay (2011) untersuchten in ihren Studien, welchen Einfluss eine eher feminin oder maskulin formulierte Stellenbeschreibung hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dabei fanden vor allem TeilnehmerInnen -unabh\u00e4ngig von der Branche- diejenigen Stellenausschreibungen attraktiver, die durch stereotyp \u201cweibliche\u201d oder \u201cm\u00e4nnliche\u201d Eigenschaften (z.B. \u201cunderstanding\u201d vs. \u201ccompetitive\u201d), ihrem eigenen Geschlecht entsprechend formuliert waren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Effekt war unabh\u00e4ngig von der Einsch\u00e4tzung der eigenen Kompetenz in Bezug auf die ausgeschriebene Stelle, die von der Formulierung nicht beeinflusst wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine ungl\u00fccklich formulierte Stellenausschreibung kann also im schlechten Fall dazu f\u00fchren, dass geeignete KandidatInnen sich nicht bewerben, weil sie sich trotz ihrer Kompetenz nicht zugeh\u00f6rig f\u00fchlen und\/oder die Stelle nicht attraktiv finden.&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gaucher, Friesen und Kay (2011) untersuchten in ihren Studien, welchen Einfluss eine eher feminin oder maskulin formulierte Stellenbeschreibung hat.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":2381,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"content-type":""},"categories":[29],"tags":[47,45,31,48,46],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.4 -
