Die \u00dcberlegung dahinter ist Verfahren attraktiver zu machen und mit unterhaltsamen \u00dcbungen die Motivation zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikolaou et al. (2019) nutzten ein gamifiziertes Assessment und untersuchten wie gut dieses die Arbeitsleistung im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Methoden vorhersagen konnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Spiel mussten KandidatInnen ein Fantasy-Abenteuer durchlaufen. Dabei wurden ihre Soft Skills durch die Art und Weise, in der sie Herausforderungen l\u00f6sten, kontinuierlich gemessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Autoren fanden heraus, dass das gamifizierte Assessment durchaus in der Lage war die Arbeitsleistung vorherzusagen. Vielversprechend zeigte sich sogar, dass die Vorhersage der akademischen Leistung, in Form der Bachelornote, durch das spiel-basierte Assessment besser war, als durch Pers\u00f6nlichkeits- und Intelligenztests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Paper zeigt erstes Potential gamifizierte Assessments sinnvoll in der Personalauswahl einzusetzen. Dabei muss man aber beachten, dass in der Forschung noch wenig \u00fcber die Wirkmechanismen bekannt ist.
