The ROC Institute setzt sich, wie auch Applysia, f\u00fcr einen fairen und effizienten HR-Prozess ein. Zusammen mit der Humboldt-Universit\u00e4t zu Berlin haben sie 2016 die psychologisch-methodischen Erkenntnisse der Personaldiagnostik in die Praxis gebracht und entwickeln f\u00fcr jeden Schritt eines Auswahlprozesses valide Methoden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ab jetzt kann auf Wunsch in Applysia schon ein kompletter Interviewleitfaden, basierend auf dem universellen Kompetenzmodell des ROC, vorkonfiguriert werden.
